We want you to love your Basil Bikinis! If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
Return Policy
We accept returns of unworn bikinis and clothing purchased from basilbikinis.com within 15 days of the purchase date, provided items are in new condition with original tags and hygiene liners attached.

Final sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not currently offer store credit.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges only. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us.
To begin an exchange, please contact us at support@basilbikinis.com.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at support@basilbikinis.com so we can make it right.
Sanitary Note
For hygienic reasons, all swimwear must be tried on over underwear, and tags and hygiene liners must remain intact for any return or exchange to be approved.
