A FULL LIFE WAS ALWAYS THE POINT.
Basil Bikinis began in 2024 with a simple belief: a woman should not have to choose between a bikini that looks beautiful and one she can actually live in.
Founded by Bella Torres, Basil grew from her love of femininity, travel, and the kind of days that rarely go exactly as planned. The best memories do not happen only beside a pool. They happen on boats, trails, horses, rivers, unfamiliar roads, and during the long lunches that follow. Basil was created for all of it.
Every collection begins with a destination. Its color, landscape, culture, and energy shape the prints and details, while the women wearing the pieces shape how they need to fit and move. We design with flattering lines, secure construction, and comfort that can stay with you through the whole story.
Basil was founded by a Christian woman and is guided by faith in the way we create, serve, and treat people. We believe this life is a gift, every woman carries dignity, and courage should be practiced with wisdom. Every woman is welcome here.
Basil is for the woman who can appreciate a beautiful hotel and still wake up early for the trail. She is polished, curious, kind, brave, and fully present. She does not have to become less feminine to prove she is capable.
We make swimwear for women who want to live fully, move beautifully, and say yes to the life they have been given.
