SWIMWEAR CARE

Q: How do I care for my Basil Bikini?

To keep your swimwear looking and feeling its best:

    • Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent

    • Lay flat to dry in the shade

    • Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, or iron

    • Avoid rough surfaces (such as pool edges or concrete)

    • Rinse thoroughly after contact with chlorine, saltwater, or sunscreen


ORDERS & SHIPPING

Q: When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Q: What shipping options are available?
Shipping options are displayed at checkout. Delivery times and rates vary by location and selected shipping speed.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Q: My package is delayed or lost — what should I do?
All orders are shipped through UPS. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact UPS Customer Service directly for assistance. For additional help, email us at support@basilbikinis.com


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn bikinis and clothing within 15 days of purchase, provided that items are:

    • In new condition

    • Have all tags and hygiene liners attached

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please note:

    • Sale and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

    • We do not offer store credit

    • Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method

Sanitary Note:

All swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if tags or liners have been removed.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Q: Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes, we offer size exchanges only. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Q: What if I received a damaged or defective item?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, email support@basilbikinis.com with a photo and brief description, and we’ll resolve it as soon as possible.

Q: How do I know my size?
You can view our Size Guide in the main menu. If you’re between sizes or need personalized help, feel free to contact us.

Q: Can I mix and match top and bottom sizes?
Absolutely. All of our bikinis are sold as separates, so you can customize your perfect fit.

Yes. All of our pieces are produced in small batches under ethical working conditions in Brazil, with a focus on quality and care.

Yes. Our swimwear is 100% vegan and made without any animal testing or materials.

Not yet! We’re currently online-only, though you can find select styles at MERLAU, a boutique destination in Miami known for its beautifully curated brands. Stay tuned for future pop-ups and retail collaborations.
